Our process for a remodeling project usually starts with a consultation and estimate. We will then provide you with a written contract that outlines the size and detail of the project.
Once you sign the contract, we will work with an architect, specialty trades, and/or a designer to plan the scope of work. We will provide you with an estimated calendar and purchasing list to guide you through this process.
The permit plans are then sent to the city for review. Once approved, we are ready to start your project!
